Policy Recommendation Submitted to Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell
There is a narrow gap in the Commonwealth’s existing child safety framework — between the legislative work being done on AI-generated CSAM (Senate Bill S.48) and the institutional fitness standards already in place under CORI and mandated reporter obligations. The gap concerns public engagement with legal AI-generated sexual content by persons in positions of authority over minors, and the absence of any review mechanism for that conduct.
I submitted a formal policy recommendation to Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell’s office on July 18, 2026 proposing an institutional review standard to address it.
